ACCOMMODATION POLICIES

1. Check-in / Check-out Hours:

   • Check-in: 15:00 - 21:00
   • Check-out: 08:00 - 11:00

   Guest Responsibilities:

   • Guests are jointly responsible for all services provided until full payment of the account is settled.
   • Any damage to the rooms caused by guests or individuals under their responsibility will be charged to them.

   Personal Belongings Security:

   • The management is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Free safety deposit boxes are available in the rooms.

   Cancellation & Prepayment Policy

   Deposit: A deposit equal to 50% of the total accommodation cost is required, with a minimum amount equal to the cost of one night's stay. This amount is non-refundable in case of no-show.

   Free Cancellation: Free cancellation is allowed up to 15 days before arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days.

   Cancellation Charges:

   • For cancellations made 7 to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit is withheld.
   • For cancellations made within 7 days before arrival, 100% of the deposit is withheld.

   Date Changes: One date change is permitted upon the guest’s request and approval by the management, at least 7 days before the arrival date. This is subject to availability and provided that the new booking has the same or higher value. The new booking is subject to the same cancellation terms as the original booking.

   For bookings longer than 7 days or group bookings: A deposit equal to 75% of the total accommodation cost is required. All other cancellation terms are as stated above.

   Payment Policy:

   • Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay.
   • Rates include breakfast, high-speed satellite Wi-Fi, use of the fitness and wellness area for one hour (upon reservation based on availability), and firewood for two fireplace refills. Sauna use and the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, which replaced the stayover tax (as adjusted per season), are not included in the rates.

   Children & Extra Beds Policy:

   • Rooms have a maximum capacity of 4 beds.
   • Children under 2 years old: free stay with the possibility of adding a crib upon request.
   • Children over 2 years old: €15/person/night.
   • Additional adult: €25/person/night.

   Health & Safety Policy:

   • Pets and smoking are not allowed indoors.
   • Parties and events are permitted upon request.
   • Quiet hours: 00:00 - 08:00.
